Influenza is an acute illness of the respiratory tract caused by influenza viruses. Although it is usually self-limiting with recovery, however it can be a serious illness and may be complicated by bronchitis, pneumonia, encephalopathy, or even death in the most serious cases. In Hong Kong, the most commonly seen influenza viruses are Influenza A (H1N1 and H3N2) and Influenza B.*

Influenza vaccination is one of the most effective ways to prevent seasonal influenza and its complications, as well as reduce influenza related hospitalisation and death. Flu vaccination special offer at HK$330 for Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (Hong Kong & Macau)

1. Promotion period: from 10 October 2022 to 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive).

2. Flu vaccination special offer: HK$330 (inclusive of doctor’s consultation and one vaccine dose);

3. Advance booking is required, please specify “Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (Hong Kong & Macau)” and the vaccination programme at the time of booking and contact Gleneagles Medical Clinic Central, Hong Kong at (+852) 2810 9188 for an appointment.

4. Please present your valid membership card to enjoy the offer upon registration. For dependents, please present a copy of the membership card.

5. Flu vaccination – children aged 6 months through 8 years: a. For those not previously vaccinated with influenza vaccine, two doses with at least 4 weeks apart are needed; b. For those vaccinated with influenza vaccine in the past, doctor will recommend if one dose or two doses is/are required according to the vaccination history;

6. Vaccination Subsidy Scheme is not applicable to this offer;

7. Vaccine is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last;

8. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchangeable for cash or other product. The offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable;

9. The offer is provided to self-pay clients only; direct billing is not applicable;

10. Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles’ decision is final
