Terms & Conditions 

• The above rate is only applicable for individual reservations. For group reservation of ten (10) rooms & above, a special group rate will be quoted at the time of booking request.
• Prior reservation is required and final confirmation is subject to hotel room availability at the time of reservation.
• The hotel reserves the right to automatically release any non-guaranteed booking subject to hotel situation.
• Special Corporate Rate in this agreement is for accommodation use only.
• The parties agree that, except for Marriott International, Inc. and its affiliates, a person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights to enforce any term of this agreement.

Reservation Method

Reservations for this Special Rate can be made through your designated travel agency, or the hotel reservations office at (852) 2802-2228 or via e-mail rhi.hkghv.reservation.office@renaissancehotels.com. When making reservations, please specifically quote “The Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (HK and Macau) Limited” Special Corporate Rate to ensure that your special rate will be extended.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel a confirmed reservation at hotel, you must call either the hotel reservation office at (852) 2802-2228, or travel agent, 48 hours prior to the date of arrival to cancel the reservation.

Once a cancellation number has been received, the reservation is officially cancelled. Failure to call and cancel a guaranteed reservation 48 hours prior to the arrival date, will result in a cancellation charge of that night's room rental and the remaining nights of the stay will automatically be cancelled.

The cancellation policy may change on critical dates subject to the hotel’s discretion

Payment Instruction

All guestroom charges including room and service charge and/or incidentals will be the responsibility of the individual traveler. If a traveler does not have a credit card, a cash deposit will be required upon check-in at the front desk. 

Check-in / Check-out Times

Hotel check-in time is after 2pm. Guests arriving prior to 2pm will be accommodated when rooms become available. Hotel check-out time is 12noon. Arrangements may be made for a late check-out. There may be a minimal charge for this service.

Guarantee Policy

To expedite the check-in, we request that all reservations be guaranteed at the time of booking - this is to ensure that the confirmed accommodation is held regardless of the guest's arrival time. Room reservations can be guaranteed by:

1. A written confirmation on company letterhead with direct billing account;
2. Credit card. Please provide us with cardholder's name, card type/number and expiry date;
3. Pre-payment of one night's accommodation charge by cash or company credit card
