1) EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Key Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the operations and administration of the Chamber;
- To provide support to the Executive Committee and Manager in organising Chamber events;
- To participate in the preparation of meetings and writing minutes held by the Chamber;
- To assist the Executive Manager to keep the office in good running order;
- To implement and maintain operational procedures and administrative systems;
- To assist in responding to enquiries from members, the public, relevant authorities, and officials;
- To perform other duties as required by the Executive Committee from time to time.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong organisational abilities with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and be a proactive and energetic team player with self-motivation, creativity, and a positive working attitude
• Previous experience in a member-based organisation is a plus but not required
• Possess strong typing/word processing skills as well as experience with computer applications such as MS office
• Strong writing skills in both Chinese and English
• Excellent command of spoken English, Putonghua, and Cantonese.
• Able to work legally in Hong Kong
• Fresh graduates are welcome with a 1-year contract stipulation.
• Able to start immediately would be highly advantageous

2) EVENTS & COMMUNICATIONS JUNIOR OFFICER
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on our target audience.
- Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, annual reports, speeches, and other marketing material that communicates the organization's activities, products and/or services.
- Manage chamber’s social media platforms.
- Work with internal units, external agencies, outsourced vendors and business partners on campaign and events.
- Assist in administrative duties, event planning and implementation.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with members
- Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the chamber, and coordinate events as required.
- Manage conflict as it arises and escalate to management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in communications, or related field
- Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in a communications role, but fresh graduates may be considered with a 1-year contract stipulation.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media platforms.
- Strong organising skills, dynamic, creative, independent and able to work under pressure.
