Mr. Kelvin Tan

Mr. Kelvin Tan began his business career in Corporate Banking working for United Overseas Bank (UOB of Singapore) headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  While there, Kelvin was involved in a number of project financing as well as Initial Public Offerings (IPO) for companies listed under the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange specializing in the hospitality industry. 

Kelvin left the banking industry to work in the gaming/resort business, specifically as First Vice President for Business Development of Legend International Resorts, a subsidiary of Metroplex Berhad of Malaysia in 1995.  After that, Kelvin moved on as Vice President for Sands China Ltd in 2005.

In 2009, Kelvin moved to City of Dreams as Executive Vice President. After that, Kelvin moved on as Executive Vice President for Sands China Ltd in 2015 till present.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, USA and competed the Executive Development Program in University of Nevada, Reno. He has extensive knowledge of the casino markets in East Asia and the ASEAN countries and is widely regarded as an Asian gaming expert in the region.
