Prior to EY, Zen was in senior regional leadership roles with Concentrix in Hong Kong and IBM in China across Finance, HR/Payroll, Procurement, Customer Experience & Digital, Business Analytics, Software/ Platform as a Services, Cognitive Technologies, Automation services etc.
Zen is an accountant by training and started his career with Deloitte Consulting and Andersen Consulting in Singapore
